good idea, well-executed; now broken maybe my iPhone?

awaiting replacement iPhone to see if that fixes; previous experience:
* Works flawlessly.
* Like many really good games, superficially simple but can be very challenging.
* Good escalation of difficulty by changing size of array, difficulty of words, number of initially correct letter-positions, and hints.
* I generally dont play games at all, but find myself playing this one.
